Margarita was so sweet during my multiple interactions with her, she made me feel comfortable and like I was in good hands! The other staff were always very welcoming as well. I had three very important rings serviced, sized, and appraised. She was patient with all of my questions and the pieces came out beautifully! I was very nervous about taking my ring to get resized. It was a gift from my dad and he passed away this year. After a few recommendations and reading the reviews I felt safe taking it to Gemma’s. They were very kind, got it done in one day and did a great job. It looks brand new despite being 20 years old. Thank you for the care!
